Our Nutrition Specialist will begin with a health and nutrition questionnaire which asks the athlete questions about their diet,
what foods they like to eat and what their nutritional goals are. She then will have the athlete track their current food intake for 3-5 days to understand their baseline. Once the athlete has submitted their intake log, she will then create a Rule 1 Sports Cook Book which includes the athletes calculated macros and proper caloric intake along with hundreds of meal options including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options.
