& Conditioning 

Our Strength and Conditioning coach will provide the athletes with

an NHL Combine format of Pre-Tests, where he then has a baseline of numbers that each

athlete should be able to minimally reach. From there he takes the areas of the tests that

the athlete is lacking in and makes them a priority within the workout program. He breaks

up the summer program into 3 phases, ensuring that the athlete is ready for the season and training camp.
