Our strength & conditioning coach takes the time to figure out each and every athletes individual needs and helps to create a plan that fits best with their schedule, access to equipment and physical abilities.

NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

Our fitness nutrition specialist dedicates her time to each and every athlete. At Rule 1 Sports, our athletes receive individualized nutritional advice leading to better performance and a healthier lifestyle.

We take the time to break down film with our athletes to ensure that each player is continuously developing on a week to week basis.

PLAYER PROFILES

When you join Rule 1 Sports, you will receive a customized player profile which will help to show Coaches, Scouts and General Mangers exactly the type of player you are.

HIGHLIGHT REELS

Highlight Reels are a key part to showing an athletes strengths and weakness on the ice. At Rule 1 Sports we create and assess as many highlight reels that are needed to continue advancing our players on.  

PROMOTION

We promote our athletes on a day to day basis to ensure that they are receiving an ample amount of attention from coaches and scouts at the level of play they strive to achieve.

ACADEMIC ADVISING

Our Academic Advisor will sit down with the athletes and their family to ensure that all aspects of college are covered from tuition all the way to the overall feel of the campus and atmosphere. 

HOCKEY ASSESMENTS

We focus on physical and mental play through our personalized hockey assessments. These are analyzed thoroughly with each player. The goal of this program is to identify your strengths, improve your weaknesses, create a top hockey mindset, win the one on one battles, and make the right choices
